Legionella Risk Assessment Services
A legal requirement, our Legionella Risk Assessments include a physical inspection of all water services on your site, along with a comprehensive review of the historical site records and the current system of control. We produce a site specific report which will identify potential conditions suitable for legionella bacterial growth, such as:
- Water temperatures are between 20-45°C.
- Presence of nutrients, such as rust, sludge, scale, sediment and algae.
- Stagnant water (dead legs or blind end pipe work).
All our reports include high to low priority recommendations, an executive summary section, comprehensive asset register and schematic drawings.
Water Hygiene

Clean & Disinfection of Water Systems
The cleaning, disinfection and chlorination of water systems is an essential activity that helps maintain good standards of water hygiene, especially in domestic water systems where microbial contamination can lead to serious problems. Cleaning and chlorination activities involve the addition of a biocide such as sodium hypochlorite, a cost efficient but very effective disinfectant, to a water supply at a specific concentration, and for a specified period in order to clean and disinfect the water system, pipework and water tanks.
Plant & Equipment- Water System Remedial Works
Remedial work refers to the repair, replacement, or modification of equipment, or water systems that have been identified as unsafe or non-compliant either through risk assessment, inspection or routine monitoring. We offer a full range of water system remedial works including Thermostatic mixer valve (TMV) servicing, expansion vessel flushing and dead leg/ blind end pipe work removal.
